  • I always suggest getting appointments on my schedule as soon as possible no matter what, so that you ensure you get the time a date you need/want. For bridal services especially, I will always recommend booking sooner rather than later, as prime dates book very quickly! Most artists suggest booking 12 to 16 months in advance.

  • Lemme get my coffee! Early morning appointments are typically no issue for me, whether at my home studio or on-site. An early morning fee of $25/hr per hour (including travel) will be applicable on any sessions schedule prior to 8am, wedding parties included.

  • It varies! For individual sessions, my holiday availability is a bit more doable, depending on the day. For wedding parties requiring me to block off a significant chunk or all of my day, I am always welcome to discuss details, but depending on the holiday there may be fees attached. Please reference my Bridal Investment Guide to see which holidays fees may apply to!

  • Of course! My biggest recommendation when looking for inspo pictures is to first look through my personal portfolio to see if I have done any looks in the past that fit your vision. This will enable me to do a better recreation, as I know exactly what products and techniques I used to create the look initially! But, if you’re unable to find what you have in mind from me, the next best place to look would be other professional makeup artist portfolios. Sites like Pinterest and the Instagram Explore page provide a lot of variety, but sometimes give a false perception of what makeup actually looks like on the skin and provide hopes for a flawless, poreless, airbrushed look that isn’t achievable for most people with very normal skin types and textures.

  • Absolutely! During our consultation process, we will talk all about your personal style and what you are looking for in your makeup session. I work on all ends of the spectrum, and as long as you are happy with your look, so am I! :) I work with many clients who prefer lighter coverage and softer glams, as well as others who prefer a “full beat” to stand out. Please see my portfolio to see the wide array of natural glams I’ve done on myself and others, and I’m happy to answer any other questions you may have about different styles! At this time, I am not offering “partial services”. My rate reflects a full face makeup session, and while I am happy to do as little or as much as you would like, my rate is non-negotiable. Requesting to only have your base, eyes, lips, etc. serviced will not result in a discounted price.

  • All payments are subject to sales and use tax, which is 7.5% in Columbus, Ohio. While I do accept payments by either cash or any major credit card, tax will be applied regardless of the payment method used.

Payments via check or any money transfer app, such as venmo, cashapp, paypal, etc, will NOT be accepted, no exceptions.

  • Things happen out of our control sometimes, and I’m always happy to work with you on the rescheduling process! While any deposits are non-refundable, you will never be penalized for canceling individual, non-bridal appointments, as long as it is at least 48 hours ahead of time. If this timeframe isn’t met, I will require a cancellation fee equaling 50% of your booked service to allow rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment the day of your session without a record/proof of your cancellation reasoning, you will be charged 100% of your session cost and you will not be allowed to reschedule or book with me again until this is paid.

  • While I absolutely understand and support the challenges of balancing appointments with parenting, I do not allow children in my home studio. Children, though full of joy, can create distractions that make it difficult for me to provide the best service and stay within our allotted time. Additionally, having little ones in the studio can present liability risks for both myself and my business. I kindly ask that you find alternate arrangements for your kiddos, so you can fully enjoy your pampering session, distraction-free!

Teens 16 and older are welcome to attend appointments independently with a signed consent form from a parent or guardian. For teens under 16, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire session. Please note that only one parent/guardian may accompany the teen due to limited seating.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee of $15 will be added to your due amount. I often run back to back appointments, and lateness can greatly affect the schedule I have set up for the remainder of my day, as well as the quality and timeframe of your own appointment. I always recommend showing up at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, I will request that you reschedule your appointment and will require a cancellation fee to re-book. If you are late or cancel without appropriate notice more than twice, you will be removed from my books and unable to schedule future appointments with me.

WEDDING MAKEUP SERVICES

  • Your wedding preview session, or ‘bridal trial,’ is included with your wedding party package. Think of it as the first step to perfecting your royal look, scheduled 1-2 months before your wedding. During this time, we’ll discuss your skin, any concerns you may have, and the unique details of your celebration—like the season, whether your ceremony is indoors or outdoors, and how all these elements might shape your wedding makeup. Together, we’ll design a masterpiece that reflects your vision and your royal radiance!

In short, no, you cannot book a preview before officially securing your place in my schedule. However, if you'd like to ensure we’re the perfect match for your special day, I’d be happy to arrange an individual session where we can get to know each other and begin crafting your dream wedding day look!

  • I always remind my clients: your makeup can only be as radiant as the skin underneath! For that flawless, 'airbrushed' glow, start your journey with a licensed esthetician as soon as your wedding plans begin. Real results take time—rushed facials a few months before the big day won’t cut it. A tailored skincare routine, starting 6+ months in advance, is key to ensuring your skin is fit for the royal treatment on your special day. I highly recommend services like Dermaplaning and HydraFacials for anyone preparing for their wedding day. Don’t forget the basics: always wash your hands before touching your face, choose products that won’t clog pores, and stay hydrated as the big day approaches!

  • Once our beauty journey begins, I do not allow moving the getting-ready location. This is to ensure everything flows as smoothly as possible! After all, unforeseen obstacles like traffic, vehicle accidents, or wayward roads are beyond our control, and we want to keep your morning full of magic, not stress. Moving locations also means packing and unpacking my kit twice, taking away from the precious time dedicated to perfecting your look. If your venue has a limited getting-ready window, I encourage you to plan your headcount accordingly or seek another space where you and your party can unwind and prepare for the big day ahead.

Remember, my timeline is carefully crafted to create the best experience for you, and I’m unable to adjust it based on the schedule of the getting-ready area. Together, we’ll ensure your morning is just as enchanting as your celebration.

  • Timeliness is key when it comes to wedding parties. To ensure everything runs smoothly, a late fee of $15 will be applied if your party is 15 minutes behind the agreed-upon start time. If your party is more than 20 minutes late, the late fee increases to $50, and one or more members of your party may risk not having their services completed (no refunds will be given for incomplete looks due to the party’s lateness). Let’s ensure we begin promptly, so you can enjoy every moment of your special day without any distractions or delays!

  • All retainers received at booking are non-refundable. Once the final payment is received two weeks prior to the wedding day, no refunds will be issued for canceled weddings. Postponed wedding dates cannot be guaranteed availability, and refunds will not be provided for any payments already made if the rescheduled date is unavailable. For postponed wedding dates with less than 60 days' notice, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • In the rare and unfortunate event that I am unable to provide services for your scheduled wedding due to circumstances beyond my control (such as serious illness or injury), please know that I am fully committed to ensuring your day goes as planned. While it would take something as extreme as being hospitalized or incapacitated (I am so serious, I would have to be actively dying or unable to move) for me to miss your wedding, I understand how crucial it is for you to have a backup plan in place. In the event that I am unable to personally attend, I have a trusted network of highly skilled and professional artists who I can call upon to ensure your makeup services are still executed to perfection. They are experienced, reliable, and share my dedication to delivering a flawless experience. You will be informed as soon as possible, and I will work closely with you to ensure a seamless transition and provide you with the best possible alternative.

Rest assured, I take every precaution to avoid any disruptions, and your wedding day is a top priority. However, in the unlikely event that I cannot attend, I will ensure that your beauty needs are still in the most capable hands.

CONTENT CREATION

  • Big events and small moments alike pass by quickly, and at the end, you remember more of the planning than you remember being inside of it all. You spent your daughter’s birthday, your dad’s retirement party, your niece’s graduation celebration behind the camera instead of in front of it alongside them. So often, the people who care the most about preserving a moment are the ones absent from the evidence that they lived it, too. That is why I care so deeply about content creation. To turn fleeting hours and everyday moments into something tangible and cinematic, not just so you can remember what happened, but so you can also remember how it felt to exist within it.

My approach to content creation is rooted in preserving those seemingly mundane moments, transforming them into something vivid, immersive, and deeply felt. The goal is not perfection, it’s to create imagery that feels like a memory pulled from a dream; proof that this version of you existed, here and now. Allow me to carry the weight of the iPhone camera, so that your hands are free to hold your friends, family, and colleagues close.

  • Absolutely not! Content creation can be used for all levels of media sharing, storytelling, and social media marketing. From capturing meaningful behind-the-scenes to paint the picture behind your passion projects, to showcasing the mission statement behind the brand or company that you’ve poured so much of yourself into building, my heart in content creation is to help you bring humanity and care into the content used to represent your hard work and dedication.

  • Yes! In fact, that is one of my favorite parts of the process. Whether you arrive with an entire Pinterest board and a fully formed mythology, or only a vague feeling you want captured, I help shape the atmosphere, styling direction, emotional tone, and visual storytelling into something cohesive and intentional.

  • Always. My direction style is less about stiff posing and more about creating movement and authentic emotion. I may guide you through gestures, posture, expression, or small moments that feel cinematic and natural rather than overly performative.
